I got to work with an adorable girl, Reagan, on her 11th birthday party. She wanted neon colors, and we came up with the idea for the birthday guests to make duct tape bows, and glow in the dark neon splatter paint canvases. I used neon poster board, post it notes, and index cards to create the setting below.
